Members of the Finance team spearhead fundraising, navigate the nonprofit grant application process, and conduct economic research.
OPERATIONS
Members of the Operations Team work on our Clean America Project (world's first global teen-led energy study), organize speaker series summits, and work on our Social Justice Literacy Initiative!
CEE
The Climate Extracurricular Education (CEE) team aims to make environmental science accessible and fun by creating free resources, hosting educational programs, and providing opportunities for students, teachers, and parents.
GLOBAL AFFAIRS
Members of the Global Affairs team deepen their understanding of international relations by establishing regional branches across the globe and working on various initiatives.
PRESS
Members of the Press Team write climate activism-related stories for our Medium blog and Climate Info Hub, distribute our newsletter, create podcasts, and publish environmental student research for YCAT’s Research Journal.
POLICY
The policy team drafts and researches progressive climate policy proposals and then introduces them to local, state, and federal legislators.
COMMUNICATIONS
Members of the Communications Team organize lobbying mobilizations and establish partnerships with other organizations.
LOGISTICS
The Logistics team is responsible for onboarding new members, tracking volunteer hours, and synthesizing organization-related information and data.
